Refund Policy
Our Outdoorplay Return Policy is designed to give you peace of mind, and we guarantee the quality of every product we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Outdoorplay, take advantage of our “No Hassle Money Back Guarantee” and return your unused item (in its original manufacturer packaging, along with any hangtags) within 60 days of purchase to receive a refund. The item must be returned in the state you received it, in order to receive a full refund. All returns are subject to evaluation by the Returns Department.
Return Protection
Outdoorplay partners with Redo to offer optional Return Protection coverage at checkout. When you place your order, you can opt into Free Returns during checkout for $2.98. If you think you may need to return or exchange any part of your order later, opting into this small fee up front will cover the cost of your return shipping label. (This is a great deal since our average return shipping label is about $12!)
If you choose not to opt into the Return Protection, you will be responsible for the cost of your return shipping label. The cost of return shipping is based on the weight and size of the product you will be returning.
Oversized, multi package and/or heavy (over 50lbs) items are not eligible for return protection and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will work with you to make it as affordable as possible.

We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $49 shipped within the contiguous United States. Some exclusions apply. The following are not eligible for free shipping:
- Oversized items that ship using freight services
- Alaska/Hawaii/US Territories
- APO/FPO
- International orders (shipping outside the USA)
Orders shipped using the Free Standard option will be shipped using the most economical method offered by UPS, USPS, or FedEx to your shipping address. Transit times may vary.
If you need to request that either UPS or USPS specifically be used for your delivery, please reach out to us directly prior to placing your order.
Pricing and method availability may vary based on the size of your order and your zip/postal code.

Expedited Methods:
2 day expedited shipping and 1 day overnight shipping are available for an additional fee at checkout. Please note that expedited orders may not be picked up by the carrier until the following business day.
What to Expect:
- We will send you an email with your tracking number when your order has shipped.
- Your order may ship in multiple shipments. You will receive a separate notification as each portion of your order ships.
- Tracking updates may not be available for a couple of hours after the order is shipped.

We offer Package Protection at checkout for a small fee that is based on your order total. If you opt into Package Protection, your order is protected from damage or loss during shipping. I like these gloves enough so that I bought a second pair. Just enough coverage to take the bite off without sacrificing dexterity. Excellent glove for use with pogies so you still have some coverage on your hand when removed for other tasks. Also work great as a lightweight base insulation layer for cycling.

Great light weight glove that helps keep hands warm. I struggle to keep my hands warm and these worked great. Great dexterity also, light grip in the palms was also great for rope work in Swift Water Rescue. I wore them with a dry suit. Sizing was right on.
